Updated 08-11-26 (v20.9) — and this entry retracts one published two hours earlier. v20.8 seated Roundhouse Lodge at 91.3 as the first row ever to clear 90 and the price cap. That was wrong. Its isolation grade of 7 came from satellite imagery; the authoritative FEMA/ORNL USA Structures re-query — mandatory here since the 08-01-26 audit — returns 42 structures within 300 m and 267 within a mile, nearest residential at 60 m. It is in a hamlet. Isolation 7 → 2, and the score falls 91.3 → 59.5. All six of the new rows were regraded the same way; every one fell, and the best now stands at 81.0. Method control: the same query returns 48 structures for Spacious Log Home where this table records 47, so it is the same measurement as every other grade here. The standing lesson holds and just cost a published claim again: OSM and satellite imagery read as empty in rural PA and upstate NY. Never grade isolation from them. The two properties that pair a real tub with 90+ still both fail on price — Spacious Log Home ($293 pp) and Lake Kora (~$2,083 pp). Delivered rental tubs remain ruled out (08-10-26). What the day did buy: six confirmed-bookable, browser-verified, FEMA-graded rows where there were none, and a corrected search method — availability first, because six of nine hand-picked finalists were already booked for this weekend. ⚠ Relaxing isolation does not open the gate — measured 08-11-26. The intuition is that easing “no neighbours for a mile” should surface affordable hot tubs. It does not, and the reason is specific: the affordable hot-tub inventory does not sit at isolation 5–6, it sits at isolation 2 — the floor of the axis, scoring 1 out of 10 on 45% of the rubric. Going from isolation 8 to 5 is a small move; going to 2 is the whole criterion. Re-weighting cannot rescue it either: cutting isolation from 45% to 20% — abandoning it, not relaxing it — still leaves the best affordable tub row at 87.6. Confirmed again 08-11-26 on new evidence: of six freshly verified bookable properties, the only one to cleanly earn the +10 interior water bonus — Riverfront Luxury, which also carries the ×1.15 tub-and-sauna multiplier — still finished last at 69.7, on a platted cul-de-sac with a neighbour at 45 m and I-86 at 350 m.
